Type of Work

A multidisciplinary background means being trained and having worked in a variety of geological contexts, ages, scales, depths, industries and roles. Scientifically, this has been for me in:

 

• Past and present volcanism, earthquakes and geothermal activity.

• Past and present sedimentary processes (carbonate and clastic).

• Continental and oceanic crust.

• Extensional (but also compressional and foreland).

• At plate boundaries and intra-plate.

• From air, ground (surface) and sub-surface.

• From regional to local (reservoir).

• In Industry (hydrocarbon; geothermal; hydro; seismic risks) and Academia.
